Education
· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Work Experience
· 1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, telemarketing, or business development roles (preferably B2B).
· Experience prospecting across APAC, EU, or US markets is advantageous.
· Prior SDR or Inside Sales experience in SaaS, robotics, industrial automation, or tech-related industries is a strong plus.
Technical Skills
· Strong CRM experience (HubSpot or equivalent) is a plus.
· Familiarity with sales engagement tools (email sequencing tools, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
· Good proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for tracking, analysis and reporting.
· Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills.
