Key Responsibilities

1. Maximize CEO Productivity

• Ensure the CEO has two hours of focused time daily.

• Maintain a strict schedule of weekly 1-on-1s with direct reports.

• Clear and manage the CEO’s inbox daily, drafting and responding to emails on their behalf.

2. Project & Dashboard Management

• Develop, update, and maintain an executive dashboard to track ongoing projects and highlight key trends.

• Lead and implement special initiatives, such as the “Most Awesome Company” project, by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

3. Guest Relations & Executive Presence

• Host company visitors and provide guided tours of LionsBot facilities and robot deployment sites.

• Conduct robot demonstrations, showcasing the latest LionsBot innovations.

4. Networking & Follow-ups

• Assist with daily follow-up communications (emails, texts, calls) to nurture relationships with talent and key stakeholders.

• Manage contact information by scanning business cards and sending follow-up messages post-meetings.

5. Event Planning & Execution

• Organize and coordinate executive events, including budgeting, venue selection, speaker arrangements, and travel logistics.

• Oversee on-site event execution for retreats, scale-up meetings, and other company gatherings.

6. Administrative & Paperwork Management

• Prepare and track expense claims, ensuring timely reimbursements for the CEO.

• Handle miscellaneous administrative duties to streamline the CEO’s workflow.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft professional correspondence.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset for report creation and project tracking.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and Google Workspace.
