Content & Communications Manager

LionsBot International is seeking a high-energy Content & Communications Manager to play a critical role in our global go-to-market engine. This position is designed for a fast-paced scale-up environment where speed, clarity, and execution quality are paramount. You will own and elevate our narrative by creating clear, credible, and compelling content that builds brand trust and enables sales conversations across global markets.

Role Overview

As a middle-management leader, you will translate complex robotics and AI concepts into clear, compelling global stories. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing stakeholders to build LionsBot’s brand, ensuring messaging consistency and high-quality narratives. This is a global-facing role requiring comfort working across multiple time zones and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Execution: Drive end-to-end strategy across PR, Above the Line (ATL), and Below the Line (BTL) assets.
• Storytelling & Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership pieces, customer proof points, and narratives that translate technical products into value.
• PR & Media Relations: Lead PR planning, media coordination, and global announcements.
• Sales Enablement: Create case studies, one-pagers, and pitch support materials to support GTM priorities.
• Social Media & Internal Comms: Elevate LionsBot’s visibility on social platforms and manage internal communications.
• Governance: Maintain editorial governance to ensure messaging consistency across all regions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, ideally within an international company.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Robotics or AI industries is strongly preferred.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English is mandatory; additional European language capabilities are a strong plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and high-quality editorial judgment.
